Buyer gave offer, I accepted.

After 2 days they contacted me saying they wanted to cancel, and would only pay at a lower price.

Unpaid item case was opened, and closed out due to no payment.

Buyer said they would use another account to bypass any unpaid claims restricting their account.

Buyer doesn't mind violating eBay policy, and doesn't pay for items.

Avoid!
