Also goes by Christian Battle. In this experience it didn't turn out bad, but I was worried the whole month long period after delivery they would open an INAD. They bought on Nov 27th. Multiple positive feedback with negative messages left to their eBay account. Just because of the risk alone, they have already been blocked as a buyer on my account. They bought a $125 VCR / DVD combo player. Battledist has 22,580 feedback just from buying, I'm sure with every few items they open an INAD hoping to make a little extra

Also having bad experience with them now. Feedback on eBay is crazy. I don't know how they keep getting away with this.

I was scammed by this fraud as well. We should all contact the police and open up n investigation. It’s all being delivered to a parking lot and the feedback which I’m dumbfounded that positive feedback is the only option but anyway the feedback makes what they are doing obvious. No way eBay doesn’t know. Why would you allow that. Unless you are in on it or something. I say we find out. Also a class action against eBay wouldn’t hurt.

Sorry, y'all got me scared about this buyer. They just bought a used camera and as a careful seller I checked the feedback and saw all the positive (but technically negative) feedback about return abuse. I didn't wanna risk it, so I cancelled the order.

I am dealing with a return with this address as we speak. Fully working, tested all in one printer, suddenly has an error code 5100 and will not print..I sent him basic instructions on how to clear the issue, and notified the buyer that the printer had tested fine before it was packaged. Recorded the serial number in photos.
I tried reaching out to the buyer twice, without any contact from the buyer. Name of the buyer it is addressed to is:

Battledist was trying to scam me also. I got suspicious and looked up feedback on eBay and also on the Internet so I canceled the Bose radio order and blocked this person. I didn’t want to take a chance. Very thankful for the feedback that people are leaving. eBay needs to fix this!

Jennifer battle, James Christian battle, Stephen m dees and cheryl L. Mathena our scamming you by buying your items and trying to get them for free, they are then turning around selling them on Amazon - Seller store "Port hole renewed" they have multiple linked llc - phase 3 llc, the port hole llc, battle distribution, Zipwhiz llc.
You need to contact Amazon ebay and the FTC as they are actively stealing from you. All of this is public information All you have to do is look up the North Carolina registered businesses page and type in the llc.
This is criminal fraud and you can build a case just by putting the information together and contacting ebay this is a obvious ring of scammers and I archived all of it. Just search Jennifer battle she is on all 3 llc that has been stealing your items on ebay and selling on Amazon.
Call the ftc, call ebay, call the bbb, and call whoever deals with consumer affairs in your state.
