DID NOT PAY. Bid and won 3 items, one of which I gave him huge discount on Best Offer. He spent close to $600. After bidding and requesting a discount, he then says he needs 2 weeks to pay because a Lease to Buy home became available. I waited 2 weeks then emailed him several times. No response. Put in for NO PAY with eBay, he did not respond to that. Gave him 3 unpaid Item strikes. I also left NO PAY feedback before closing the case and see 2 other sellers did the same. That means at LEAST 5 no pay strikes. Checking to see all he has bid and won, there are at least 25 items, most with no feedback left by seller or him so who knows HOW many he never really paid and eBay has STILL not kicked him off their site. Pitiful.
