This customer apparently has serious issues with customs.

He is a high volume importer of illegal counterfeit products and has been caught many times. He changes his username frequently in order to not get caught.

He placed an order and it was held by customs because of his past business ties and then goes and drives us crazy with a million e-mails and then leaves negative feedback.

When we contacted the authorities to find out what was going on, they explained to us that he is a "high priority target" on the customs "hold" list.

It seems he also owes a bit of money.

Look out for this guy. It seems that the best way to avoid him is to not allow for 0 rated customers.
