Today claims not to have received her item (very low priced) but due to its size, just over a large letter was sent with a courier & tracked. The tracking clearly states that the item was posted through the letterbox last week and its time stamped.

She appears to be threatening to open a claim as she didn’t realise it had tracking and thought that her lie would not be exposed. This is a just ANOTHER eBay member who is trying to exploit the system and as it’s such a low priced item (I sold it at a loss) makes it particularly cruel.
