Having the SAME problem with this buyer, TOTALLY unreasonable!

BAD buyer talked me into refund and never shipped product back, Said he was in US but really in Australia! BE WARE

Really bad person! Tried to say 2nd hand item that he purchased was damaged. Wouldn't return item or show any evidence. Rings and SMS constantly to be abusive in the middle of the night.

Says he "knows eBay inside out and knows how to screw you over big time"

Bids on multiple eBay items just to leave negative feedback under his name as well as his partners name.
He doesn't seem very mentally stable.
eBay and Gumtree sellers beware!

Hi to anyone who has clicked on this. This whole thing is defamatory and completely untrue! This guy lists an item on ebay. I win it and he cancels the auction and says you cant have it for that price. It's the only item of its kind currently on ebay. My choices are to buy a new front passenger side window or his, at is asking price, now only outside of ebay. His was used but in what was described great condition. His was still cheaper than a new one. As my choices were slim I stupidly agreed to buy his 'off ebay only' deal, paid him the money and waited for it to arrive. It arrived and was packed well. No damage to outer box and lots of padding inside. As I pull the window out the box is to my horror in very poor shape. It was badly damaged in 2 areas. I ring the guy to ask how he could do such a thing and laughs at me saying "hahahah I have your money and you have my faulty part" There was nothing I could do because its been purchased outside of ebay. I ring ebay and they confirm that the seller violated a serious ebay policy and I need to be more careful as a buyer. Ebay found it appropriate to suspend his account for some time on ebay and all of his items had been taken off as this was not the first time he had done this. So he then goes and puts me on here. My ebay account, as a buyer and seller, is 100% feedback with over 1200 well made transactions. This guy is just nasty and fraudulent in how he operates. Please be careful other buyers, do not fall for the same trick!

I have the same issue with an order on eBay for D-Sub Cables. He is not responding and he made chargeback and eBay can't help. The package indeed was late for delivery and the second attempt in on his way when I found out about the chargeback. He is not answering. I checked his eBay feedback and is no negatives. Not sure what to make out of all this.
