Opens a "not as described" return case for iPhone (after he's used the parts he wants from the phone).

He opens it on Paypal instead of eBay, then immediately escalates it so I won't have a chance to ask questions. Thinking Paypal won't look at his eBay account or let me dispute.

Turns out he's done this several times, showed Paypal the previous feedbacks he's received + the fact that he opened the case a month after purchase.

I won.
