Thats what you get when you deal with a buyer sided, dont give a shit about sellers company like eBay. FeedBack should be both ways. But since you need eBay to make a living they have you by the balls and think they can do what you want. They screw sellers every second they get. Just like any company that's geared towards making sellers a nightmare. Make policies and stick to them EBay doesnt care. Regardless of what you were going to do, you were going to get negative feedback by that asshole - whether you gave into his bullshit blackmailing or not. You wuld of still gotten it.
