*August 12, 2016 1:35 pm PDT-- item returned to seller
*August 12, 2016 4:29 pm PDT-- Seller contacted buyer informing them that they returned their old Palm TX, not the new one they received. Also informed buyer that 4 items included in the original shipment were not included with the return. Items missing were: PDA, flip cover, dummy memory card slot insert and stylus. Told buyer that when they returned all of the items in original shipment that a refund would be issued. Offered to return their old Palm TX. Buyer never contacted seller again

Buyer opened the OEM box that contained the Palm TX PDA they order from the bottom, not the top (covers of box have a tamper proof factory seal and leave the word "VOID" on the outside of the box if tampered with) , removed the new Palm TX from the box and replaced it with their old, broken Palm TX. They also removed and kept the flip cover, dummy memory card and stylus. Then they closed the OEM's box and tried to conceal the fact that they had opened it from the bottom. Next day, 08/05 they returned the item to the post office refusing delivery after opening from the bottom.

Palm PDA's have the serial number located in three different places; On outside of the box, on the outside of the protective bubble envelope the PDA ships in and on the back cover of the PDA. The PDA he returned had a different serial number and did not match the number on the outside of the box or the protective bubble envelope it was in.

On August 29, 2016 the buyer filed a charge back claim with his credit card company in an attempt to get his money back AND keep the new PDA he switched his old PDA for. The credit card company denied his claim
