We purchased some c60 from owndoc.com and within hours of paying for it we were advised that it would take 3-4 months to deliver this is stated on their website. So we investigated the company and found 100's of people that have been slandered online for requesting refunds from PayPal. We are in the process of tracking down Mr Franciscus de Groot so he can be prosecuted. I highly recommend that no one has anything to do this Franciscus de Groot or owndoc.com they are just a small time scammers in the directorship of a nutter.

Further on the owndoc.com site under fraud you will see that there is close to 100 people who legitimately requested refunds from owndoc.com and received the same treatment as myself we are currently contacting all the offended parties so that we can prepare the related documents necessary to prosecute the directors of GROMAKO DATA & SERVICES LIMITED and sue for damages. It is not acceptable to have mentally unwell individuals access an online e-commerce and attempt to damage the good name of honest people Franciscus de Groot and all the related directors need to be held to account for their slander. Once this takes place we will update the space and vindicate the individuals that have been affected by this mad man.

There are 2 things that happen, is that buyers bullshit every single time on here trying to make themselves sounding like the innocient victim and without refuting any claims the seller said, they immediately start shifting the blame to the seller, typical buyer bullshit. What the seller is saying is common among buyers, they think they can use PayPal to bully sellers, violate the sellers policies and threaten them with disputes if they dont give into buyer demands.

This is a classic example of a buyer trying to bullshit their way out of it. Instead of defending what happened and trying to prove the sellers statement, what does this moron do, immediately trying to blast the seller and provide no documented evidence of what the seller is saying. Instead, they try to get others to take actions not because of what the seller said, but rather to have more evidence to supply their false claims.

Its safe to assume the seller states is true and the buyer is doing nothing more than trying to bash the seller's reputation. This buyer is clearly a paranoid delussional moron, and but the purchase was for like $10 and they are trying to blow all this smoke. Exactly what this buyer has written vs what the seller states about the buyer making threats is proof of this buyer being nothing more than a 2 bit idiot trying to bullshit their way out of a legitamate claim stated by the buyer.

Mr. Kieran Weston is clearly libeling us here by falsely claiming - apparently in revenge for having been publicly blacklisted for fraud and blackmail : "So we investigated the company and found 100's of people that have been slandered online for requesting refunds from PayPal."

" - well, it's been half a year later, my address is publicly available at the Companies House's website in the UK so where is the "prosecution" (implies CRIMINAL prosecution, not a lawsuit!)?

As to Kieran Weston's claim: " owndoc.com they are just a small time scammers in the directorship of a nutter.", this clearly is aggravated criminal libel with intent to do financial harm, which is a prisonable offense in Australia.

I'll now do the same as Mr. Kieran did, half a year ago here: "We're in the process of tracking down Mr. Kieran Weston, so he can be prosecuted." Only, our company will actually do this now, and today we'll contact an Australian libel attorney in NSW who will attempt to settle with him (he'll have to pay our attorney and half a year's worth of our damages, otherwise we'll let it go to court).

I want to make clear (the max. comment length is limited here) that owndoc.com has existed for a full decade and has a turnover of 1.5 million USD/year. We sent over 100,000 shipments to over 60,000 customers. We have thousands of Australian customers. Only a very small portion of customers steal from us, and we expose those people as the criminals they are, since our company became popular by exposing scams in the health- and beauty space in the first place. It's a core part of what we do. Australia has strict libel laws and Kieran Weston will discover that there is a price to pay to damage a company's reputation.

The person who wrote: "This buyer is clearly a paranoid delussional moron" was not me - his posting in sympathy to our company merely triggered an email notification to the originator of this report (myself) that a comment has been placed. I was unaware of Mr. Weston's libel so I responded. Normally we initiate legal action immediately after we detect the offense of libel has taken place. In this case, half a year of reputational/sales damage has occurred before we discovered the offense.

And the IP addresses at the bottom of these comments seem random.
