We issued the refund before she initiated the chargeback, and the customer was sent an e-mail from our credit card processor notifying them of the refund. NOT bad buyer, bad seller. When purchased dog invisible fence arrived, the instructions on the box made it clear that it would not work in our yard. Called seller three times to get permission to return and got answering machine. No calls were returned. Finally sent item back. UPS confirmed seller got it back. Received no response or credit. After three weeks of calling, finally a woman answered and said she had been too busy to return calls and could not confirm getting item back. After almost a month of unanswered calls and no credit we stopped payment.
