| Details: | Ordered two pairs of LED bulbs, received and complaint about they are not error free (ordered a normal LEDs instead of error free LEDs), then filed chargeback with credit card issuer. Paypal reversed the full payment ($34.96CAD) and charged $15CAD chargeback settlement fee. The refund should be less $4.99CAD shipping and 15% restocking fee.
