Buyer purchased the item, and I couldn't locate in my inventory. I gave the buyer a refund and sent them a message along with the refund explaining the situation.

The buyer then contacted me through eBay to inquire about the item, to which case I told them that I could not locate the item and therefore issued a refund.

The buyer left neutral feedback, claiming I am not good with communication. They didn't even have to open an item not received case or anything, and I responded to their email promptly when they asked about status.

I'm a top rated seller - if you are a top rated seller on eBay don't let this buyer jeopardize your ratings. Be your own judge - she didn't try to scam me out of money, but she could have cost me much more than the $3.95 she paid for the ornament she ordered. If you're human and can make an error consider that you could be penalized. You can't leave negative feedback for buyers on eBay so this is a good way to make the message known.
