A buyer who didn't read item description nor really looked at the pictures. Giving neg without communications.

I put a ruler in every picture so that buyers can check the actual size of the item. She won the auction and paid for it. After that, she asked me the size of the item. I gave her the exactly measurement again and also said there's a ruler in the picture that she would have an idea of how the item looked like. Today, she gave me a neg. feedback without any communication, just "very small", "big rip off".
I tried to e-mail her. She didn't reply and five minutes later, she posted a follow-up feedback "I just don't care, it was small."

Her feedback was "private", so she could do whatever she likes. Beware!

If you don't want a ridiculous neg. or a potential dispute, consider to block her.
