| Details: | This scammer bought a pair of Dansko's from me. While waiting on payment, I boxed and labeled the shoes. (They were in great condition.) My husband mailed them without my knowledge by mistake that morning. Well, wait for it...she not only didn't pay, she denied receiving it even though I shipped Priority Mail and they were tracked! Then this lunatic claimed they smelled etc...and it goes on and on. Not only did she refuse to return them, she threatened to report me to eBay for harassment! Of course she's done this before and of course eBay dropped the ball and blamed me for shipping them without payment and I'm left out of $ and am furious. Live and learn. Do not sell to ines0612 and Yes she's still buying and scamming! |

So how could that wack job make a claim if she didnt pay for it. If you have the actual sales receipt and proof of shipment, that means she owes you the money. Id go online and get a collection agency after her. Just gather your docs and you have to prove she owes you the money. If she doesnt pay and you have established proof of debt owed, it will go on her credit report. She wants to screw you screw her back.
