I have been with eBay for YEARS as a seller and a buyer. I tend to do more selling than buying. Over the years I've had ONE negative feedback that wasn't warranted but hey, it happens. In my listing description, I always ask those interested in my item to please ask all questions before buying. I do not do returns. This buyer, mayapuskovic, buys my 100% authentic Jimmy Choo boots. The only reason I even decided to sell these beautiful still in-style boots were because I hadn't worn them in over two years and figured I'd rather sell them for a fraction of the price. My shoes were in EXCELLENT condition and coming with their shoe box and dustbag. She buys my boots and then requests a return stating something was wrong with one of the boots. She couldn't get her foot in it. I have never processed a return before so when I got the email from eBay that the buyer was requesting a refund, I initially thought I HAD TO give a refund being that I didn't see anywhere in the email stating that I did NOT have to honor a refund. I ended up selecting the option for a full refund once I received my shoes back in the same condition she received them in. She sent them back but due to a discrepancy in the shipping address UPS sent them back to her. I opened a case against her to reship the shoes. Instead, she waited for eBay to make a decision. Let me tell you, eBay reps don't even know what they are doing. One rep would side with me and the next rep would side with her. It ended up with eBay rewarding a full refund to her AND she, Maya Levine, now has my shoes and refuses to return them to me after agreeing to return them if I paid for the return shipping. I agreed and sent her a pre-paid shipping slip. All she had to do was send my item back and wash her hands of these shoes she claims did not fit her. After a day or so, I kept contacting Maya Levine via eBay messaging and from my personal email account. I kindly asked her to please inform me when my shoes were going to be shipped out. I knew she had the upper hand being that she was in possession of FREE SHOES. She told me no problem she would send them back once she got them back from UPS. BULLCRAP! She has been received them and now just refused to give them back to me. Every time I contact her very kindly I am met with responses of "I'm still waiting for them to come back to me" or "I am in school and a mother" and she's very busy. I told her I just wanted MY shoes back being that she received her refund and I am paying for the shipping. It has been almost two weeks and I know now she has no intention of giving me back my boots. It is unbelievable what some buyers are allowed to get away with. I contacted eBay and all they kept telling me is there was nothing more they can do. I have since cancelled all my selling and will be deactivating my account once their fees have been paid. I am over and done with eBay and their thieving and cunning buyers that they allow to rob sellers. Your high selling score and feedback means nothing to eBay. It's all about the buyers. Please add Maya Levine to your list of thieving scammers. I can back up everything said here with my case number and email messages from her. She's a THIEF and a FRAUD!
