This buyer tried pulling same scam on me.
Bought a cpu from me, an AMD 2700 on ebay. A couple weeks later they claimed cpu does not work. Ebay automatically makes me accept return when buyer claims item does not work. Return item arrives and it is not the cpu i sold him. It was a package from amazon containing Iphone screen protectors. Looked the screen protectors up on amazon , they cost like $3.44. The cpu i sold him was $149.98 Opened up case against buyer stating what he did. And ebay ruled in his favor and gave him the full refund.
Then had to call ebay to appeal their decision and sign an declaration. Then i was able to get my money back.
So if you end up dealing with this Scammer, you will end up needing to call ebay to appeal decision. Couple points for people that deal with this dirt bag, his paypal address is not a home. It is a third party shipping company, that sends the items they receive to overseas locations.

Also the return item he sent came from a different state. Buyer located in Delware, yet return package came from Kentucky. Return package came from Amazon fulfillment center in Kentucky. Hope this info helps somebody prove their case to ebay against this scammer.

this person tried to scam me twice on the same product, cancelled their order the first time as i was asleep when it was finalized, was under username Avtandil Vakhtangishvili, then relisted the product. Then today I saw that they had tried bidding on the new listing, immediately cancelled their bid

AVOID THIS GUY!! he just claimed that my i9 NEW was 'defective'. I see he is using a freight forwarding address and that it's likely an organized scam scheme. He is a liar and a thief! Shame on Ebay for not banning his account after all of these previously well documented schemes! avtandil vakhtangishvili is a scammer and probably not even a real name. This is organized crime, likely coming out of Georgia in Eastern Europe

He just defrauded me of a brand new iPhone. He claims to be in the US, but is in Georgia if you look him up, I also checked Facebook and there he is. The address in Delaware is a forwarding address. AVOID!!! eBay is doing nothing and it's so frustrating that this fraudster is lurking in their platform. AWFUL!!!!

I would say by sharing information about that scum person you spread awareness among people to avoid persons like him. The same guy is still purchasing chips on ebay as I sold one to him a week ago and he just put in for a return. I accepted the return even though I know the chip works perfectly, What's weird is the buyer requested that I give him good feedback after he received the chip and I and he said he would do the same, but he didn't he asked for a return instead after I game him good feedback.
