Details: | Paid me on Apr 28 and complained on item not received on May 7. When I told her the item was sent by registered airmail and she can use the tracking number to check the status, she pretended to be innocent and ask me how can she "register" a mail. Later she received the item and said she was not satisfied with it and want a full refund. I request her to return the item first but she refused. Then my account was frozen because of other reasons. This buyer stop chasing me for refund. Just left a neutral feedback. |
