Details: | This buyer has to date (as of 03/25/19) attempted three fraudulent purchases from me. Their 1st attempted purchase from me was on 02/17/19, in which their telephone number is a different telephone area code (in Florida) than both their shipping address (Missoula, Montana) and billing address (Arlington, Virginia). Also, their hotmail email address of juanlinda222@hotmail.com was initially undeliverable. Lastly, there is some weird scripting/characters contained as part of their order details. They purported to be paying via personal check, and of course this buyer never remitted payment, and never responded to any email communication attempts from me, even the ones that didn't bounce back as undeliverable. After this very suspicious first transaction, yet another 2nd buying attempt came through from this same fraudster on 03/07/19. This time I did research online using different variations of their name and email address and discovered a ton of other reports about this same buyer on BadBuyersList.org as well as elsewhere online. This confirmed what I had already suspected, that I was dealing with a scammer who has targeted my website for repeat crooked purchasing. This time they used the same Missoula, Montana address for both their shipping and billing addresses, a different email address of juanlinda111@hotmail.com, and a telephone area code for the state of Georgia. Again their order details contained weird scripting characters, and again they purported to be paying by personal check, and again they never responded to any email attempts after the initial undeliverable one. Now again today, 03/25/19, they have made a 3rd attempted purchase, for which this report is being filed. This time their addresses once again differ. For shipping it's Scottsdale, Arizona and for billing it's Tucson, Arizona. Their telephone area code is once again for the state of Georgia, they have used yet another different email address of juanlinda333@hotmail.com, and their order details still contain weird scripting characters, and this time they purported to be paying by postal money order. This time I have not attempted any email communications with them now that I'm sure they are scammers, other than the automated email that my web hosting company always sends out in conjunction with purchase orders, which per usual resulted in being undeliverable. |

We received an order from this individual, which after reading the above I will not be fulfilling. The Miami phone number seemed odd for an AZ purchase.

I also had a strange looking order. I have an online spa type gift business, and they (Linda Juan) placed an order, saying that they'd mail a check. In my cart it states that orders will not be filled until the customer's check clears the bank, so I doubt that a check for less than $30 -- which might be fraudulent / who knows -- is forthcoming. However, I had a sense that the order didn't sound legit, so I did a lookup for the address, which they stated was / is 8137 E Indian School Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251, with a company name, NANA, which is a nonprofit owned by the Native American Indians of Alaska (of all places). I also called the phone they listed on their order, which is: 706-311-5515, since two of my emails to them were returned, and every time I called it, I got a busy, which was an indication to me that it was a bad phone number.

We just received an order from them with the same odd characters after the name & address. We do not send products without a payment or an approved PO & I have neither. Used juanlinda333@hotmail.com. Not even going to bother sending them an invoice. Thank you to whomever posted this, hope no-one gets scammed by this person.

Ditto above to our flower shop 9/24/19. Recognized her name from when she sent a scam order to us 6 months ago. And, Missoula, MT. plus all the weird script in her address was a big flag. Googled her name and all this information popped up regarding her being a scammer. Thanks for posting all this information on Linda Juan.

Received an order from Linda Juan, NANA, with phone number of 305.970.7467 which I filled. After 4 unsuccessful attempts for payment I found this website. Will write off the purchase and add note not to respond to this buyer again. Email for Linda Juan: juanlinda333@hotmail.com. Hopefully I'll get smarter as I get older.

This is the 4th time that she tried place an order on our website, and none of them were shipped. We check every order before we ship, and all these 4 orders looked suspicious. She used this phone # 3059707467 and this email address: qilin763963@163.com.
She also had odd characters in her shipping address.

I’m a spa business I require a credit card to reserve an appointment, to weed out non legit people.
I had this super strange booking come through that didn’t sit well with me. All the consult questions were answered Nana Bana etc, and the phone number isn’t even Canadian.
So I googled it and found this thread.
However it sounds like they usually try and scam by check, and considering this was just to hold an appointment, I’m not sure why they would bother and how they got through the credit card vaulting process?
What’s the point of the scam here?
Anyways I canceled the appointment and banned them from booking.
Thanks to everyone for posting! You prevented me from wasting my time!
