This buyer purchased a laptop on April 9. The item was delivered a few days later. 70 days after this the buyer reported that the power switch was broken and wanted to return the computer. He also says that Lenovo had refused to cover the repair under warranty because the switch had broken due to physical abuse. When I declined to accept the return the buyer filed an a-to-z claim with Amazon. Amazon has declined this claim. I'm sure this buyer will now try to file a claim with his credit card company.
