I received the phone back today and videoed while I opened it. Guess what! The asshole stole the 8 gigabyte SD card, the owners manual, and three coupons good for $45 in free MetroPCS accessories.

Here is the original complaint:
Bryan Nicholson (bryanepoca) purchased a MetroPCS Android phone from me. Calls stating that he rooted and overclocked phone then tried to get it connected but couldn't. Said MEID was bad (reported lost or stolen). I called MetroPCS customer service who told me buyer is basically a dumbass and needs to come to a store to have the phone activated. (Can't activate a used phone over the automated line.) I e-mail buyer the address of closest MetroPCS store to his house. 5 days later he files claim with e-bay. I spoke to MetroPCS corporate on 5 different occassions to verify that the phone is good. Buyer never tried to activate it and files claim to go buy more crack. This was my personal phone for a year that I purchased new so I know for a fact it hasn't been reported lost or stolen. E-bay doesn't give a shit and finds in favor of this thieving, lying, drug addict. I still have not received the phone because he most likely traded that for a crack rock as well. Asshole left me negative feedback too. Karma is a bitch Bryan Nicholson and you will get yours!
