| Details: | Buyer bought a child jacket from me. She was not happy with it and I told her that once it was returned, I would gladly give her a full refund. She did send it back but in the meantime, Paypal put a security hold on my account freezing it until I could prove my mailing address (I have an unlisted home number). I explained this to the buyer when I got the item back and even offered to forward her the emails from Paypal. She never answered my emails and filed a complaint with ebay the next day and left me bad feedback.
Paypal released their hold today and the first thing I did was send the refund but that still does not fix my unjust bad feedback and when I asked her if she would consider having it removed, she sent me disgusting, vile emails.
I just feel that all sellers need to be warned about this person who tries to screw us honest sellers for no reason. |

This seller is a piece of work! She sends an item that has a large rip which was noticed immediately. The item was returned the next morning and it took over a week for a refund - no notice of any PayPal problem until a case was opened! She immediately re-lists it with no mention of the tear again!
Her initial e-mail on 5/24/12;

amazing how a person can change the content of an email.
My over 1160 positive feedback speaks for themselves. It is too bad that ignornant buyers like Roman Chromy give ebay such a bad name. Paypal froze my account due to a random security sweep and because I have an unlisted phone number, I had to prove my mailing address....it happens and as soon as my account was unfrozen, the bastard/bitch got his/her refund. I tried to explain this to the idiot and offered to send copies of my Paypal correspondence to prove I was telling the truth but of course....he/she never responded

I find it really funny is that when a buyer commits any type of fraud, they immediately start listing the persons contact information. WTF is that supposed to do? Total stupidity. First off the seller sounds like he's doing exactly what he was supposed to do. The wack job buyer made a complaint and the seller replied "ok fine send it back". The buyer is making all sorts of lies for one point, to get the seller back for what is stated as "what any seller would do" the seller did the text book response in handing a situation. The seller also said "lying moron" you want proof I'll send it. So the seller is able to backup with their claims. The way buyer's are with PayPal and EBay they are the biggest moron idiots looking to scam sellers (some of them). They think they can do whatever the want and the seller is supposed to kiss their ass, buyers think they shouldnt have to pay for anything and leave whatever lying responses they want.
