Beware, this person is a thief -- buys product online then does chargeback after delivery. Buyer purchased an item from our website, then after delivery he submitted a chargeback saying he "didn't authorize a subscription". This was not a subscription purchase, it was a one-time physical item he purchased (hearing aid accessory). I submitted order info, proof of delivery, but his bank sides with him on it even with documentation of purchase. I contacted him by phone & email to discuss the matter or inquire if there were any problems, but I never received a call or email back. Not only are we out the merchandise cost, now also the chargeback fee.
