Was sold a gropro camera with the description that the camera is 100%, after 3 uses, the camera was waterlogged. Under the consumer act I am entitled a full refund as the item is not for purpose and does not fit the description. A dispute case was opened with eBay and PayPal which ruled in my favour as for the reason stated above. The seller is very upset with the outcome but he should not be sellering faulty products
