First off why would you refund the asshole after 1 month. You dont refund anything unless you get the product back. If this asshole wanted to his money back then he would have to no problem to return it. Some bullshit excuse he gave that it was too much hassle is an immediate sign that you should tell him to go fuck himself. Obviously there was nothing wrong with the product, he wanted to see if could get the item for free or at a discount at your expense. Never refund anything to anyone for whatever reason until you have the actual item in its original condition. You are under no legal obligation to refund anyone for any reason, as long as that person is in possession of the product. As far as the negative feedback, show the logs to ebay tell them he's trying to con you. and it will be removed.
