| Details: | Demanded refund for item even though it was exactly as described. Tried to work it out with him. Very rude and demanding wanted refund and to keep item. I tried very nice to state my listed refund policy of accepting returns for 30 days buyer pays shipping. He said he did not care customer was always right went on and on paragraph after paragraph of demands for a $30 item. wanted item and money. I hate having to give these scammers money and free item but at least maybe this will protect the next guy. |

That couldn’t be further from the truth. I stumbled upon this page google searching my eBay store. I recall this incident, this seller shipped me a 25 year old unopened action figure in a shoe box to small and the package was subsequently damaged. I requested a return and the seller told me it would be at my expense... which clearly is incorrect for items received damaged due to seller negligence. The seller offer a partial refund which I accepted. Didn’t know they’d come on here and cry. PS check out my feedback buying and selling 10 years without these types of issues. Kind of classless to share my home address, can I share the loser sellers personal info?
