Details: | Unsure of actual name, because 3 names were used throughout the transaction. He/She/It bought $300 Vittoria Rock Cycling shoes, in new condition. Deluded about actual shoe size, they didn't fit the man/woman/child/thing and he/she/it entered a return into the eBay system. I allowed the return, expecting new shoes in return. When received, I discovered that the unethical person returned the shoes with cleat gouges, missing the display tags, and not in new condition. They then lied repeatedly when confronted, and began to play games. I referred the problem to eBay, and they forced a refund in the "buyer's favor", even after I presented evidence, and mentioned my 8 year reputation and how I pay them $5,000 per year, vs. his 3 month buyer reputation for buying beef jerky and used shirts. Because I couldn't get him to type out "I damaged the shoes" in eBay messages, they assigned ALL of the fault to me. They don't take a seller's side, ever. I was screwed from the start. I have lost half the value of the shoes, the $20 spent on high value shipping, a great deal of time, and then received an eBay "defect" for doing absolutely nothing wrong. Do not sell anything to this guy/girl/thing, even a pack of gum, because it will come back chewed, and He/She/It will play you and the system for a full refund. Karma will visit you one day, you tri-named subhuman. |
