Buyer is 5 feet 10 inches, and he bought a pair of baggy pants from us. We listed the pants in Asian size. Because of sizing difference, we warned in the descriptions that the pants is smaller than USA size, and urged buyers to check our size table for waist size and total length in inches before purchasing. Buyer didn't bother to read descriptions and went straight to buying a medium (because he wears medium in USA size). After he received the item he found that it's too short. Instead of comparing the pants to the descriptions, he screamed that the pants are "defective" and asked seller to pay for all the shipping to return it to us for exchange.
