Details: | I accepted this buyer's best offer on a vintage Peteena Dog Doll. It was in good condition and I listed everything that was wrong..tail missing etc. Without first contacting me buyer opened a case, item not as described and wanted a replacement. This being an uncommon item, I do not have replacement..buyer than wanted, twenty dollars refunded stating the hip was broken, I knew that it wasn't when shipped and I packed well, I offered 10.00 or buyer could refund for full. buyer refused and escalated, ebay decided that buyer should return item for refund. Buyer sends many emails to me today stating they are not shipping the doll they want to keep it and they left me bad feedback stating I can not be trusted!!!!! Ebay says that even though emails states they are not sending item back they must hold funds for ten days, and after ten days when case is closed they "might" be able to remove feedback!! ....errrrr very frustrated!! buyers feedback is private..sellers please protect yourself and block this bad buyer! |

The fact the buyer as making false bitching and complaining to get the item at a lower price. You should never negotate with buyers after the transaction is made. They agreed to pay x amount of dollars for it. If you in fact described every single defect in the item then your covered because you stated exact what the buyer was to receive. Once a buyer files a dispute, cut all communication with the buyer. The buyer wants arbitration, then let them have arbitration. Let them say whatever it is they want to, dont reply back to them because its pointless. Once they escalate the claim, submit your paperwork to PayPal. The worse case sensario is that they have to return the item and you have to give the refund. No need to play their little bullshit games and you dont have to deal with the buyer's stupidity.
