| Details: | This crook opened an account on eBay, purchased one item from me, received the item, called his financial institution, and was rewarded his money back and eBay refunded him. These were brand new phones. The thief and his financial institution won, and I lost, with no recourse. Amazing that this can happen in this day and age. |

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. I will notify the buyer that their information is sent to the public so they can take actions
