Buyer ordered 100 sheets of a 2 step transfer paper, they opened a return request stating that only half of the product had been sent. Since this paper is not a very high volume seller, the orders are packed to order and the pack count is written on each order at the time of packaging. The return was approved to verify the correct amount had been sent, and the buyer was sent 100 sheets of each step. All of the returned paper was used, so in essence the buyer returned nothing, thus defrauding us out of both the product and the funds. If you sell to this buyer, be sure to take pictures of what is sent to them.
