Details:

I have had my LeVian Chocolate Diamond ring for sale on eBay for about 2 weeks. The other evening, my auction was running out and I received a bid from Talop23 for the minimum amount of $1150.00 + free shipping. I noticed immediately that he had only been a member on eBay for a week and had 2 feedback. Nothing strange at this point, as some people make accounts to purchase things. However when I looked at the shipping information I got a funny feeling that this was a scammer deal. The address and telephone number matched as being in the same city, however when I punched it into google maps, it came up as a sticky buns bakery shop. (Red Flag #1) Giving the person the benefit of the doubt, I decided to go ahead and send them an invoice that night. When I got up in the morning, the buyer had clicked on "Payment Sent" so it came up as an hour-glass sign on my listing. I double checked with eBay and Paypal to make sure that the payment hadn't been sent, and naturally it had not. I shot the buyer another email stating that although he had marked it as "Payment Sent", eBay and Paypal both had no record of it. When he messaged me back, he advised that the payment had been sent via Credit Card, and that I would need to ship the item and prove its delivery to be able to get the money. (Red Flag #2) At this point I was pretty hacked off knowing that this yet again was another scammer and I fired off another not so friendly message stating I could and would not be shipping anything to him unless payment was made through Paypal via eBay. I never heard back after that. The more I though about it, the more angry I got so I decided to do some more digging into the situation. When I googled his name and address, much to my surprise (or not), there were multiple forums talking about the same guy with the same address, yet different eBay accounts, trying to scam sellers by stating he paid for orders with a credit card and was trying to get people to ship out items, claiming the money was on hold until delivery took place. When I checked out his feedback today, it shows where he is buying all kinds of cheap items from sellers in China and other areas to gain feedback quickly. I typed up a massive message explaining the situation and reported him to eBay. After the allotted time runs out for him to pay, i'm going to file a case against him, block him from ever bidding on my stuff again, and leave bad feedback!

Sellers need to be aware of scam situations and not ship out items if payments haven't been secured through Paypal or another secure method!! New sellers to eBay very well could fall for this act and be left with nothing after it's all said and done!

Hi there - He just bid on my item and I'm so glad that I read this. Something didn't sit right. How do I avoid all this hassle and not move forward with the sale?

Posted over 9 years ago by 50.244.X.X Report as SPAM

Contact eBay customer service asap and have them remove the bid. They are well aware of the fraudulent activity!

Posted over 9 years ago by 66.87.X.X Report as SPAM

now I am concerned that I read this. I have someone from this same address that just purchased my iPhone. Already paid via PayPal but had tried to get the serial number on the phone and instead of giving him the number I gave him the last 4 digits and showed that the phone is not stolen. Do I have to move forward with the sale?

Posted about 9 years ago by 47.20.X.X Report as SPAM

I would contact eBay or whatever site you are using immediately and have them cancel the transaction because it appears to be fraudulent. I would also site that you found other previous buyers with similar issues that also turned out to be fake. When you contact them, make sure you give them the name, address, and any other information available about the buyer. Ebay has always been pretty good about figuring out when a buyer is fake, however it may take them 24-48 hours to realize it. Do NOT ship anything to this person until you have talked to a customer service representative. Just because they sent you payment via PayPal doesn't mean that it isn't a fake payment! Be safe!

Thank you for posting this. They just tried to make a large purchase through our website and I thought it looked fishy. I googled the address and your posting is the first thing that comes up. So glad I saw this!

Posted about 9 years ago by 71.10.X.X Report as SPAM

Glad you saw it too! There is nothing more frustrating that feeling like you've finally sold something and realize that it's simply someone trying to scam you! People are just plain crappy!

Posted about 9 years ago by 174.101.X.X Report as SPAM

Ebay deleting know fraud/scam users is a start, but they should also flag the shipping address. This flag would alert sellers to be more cautious. This flag should automatically allow seller to cancel the bid, not ask ebay to cancel the bid for a known scam center address.

very poor customer service and solutions coming out of ebay. they make decisions for profit, not security.

Posted about 9 years ago by 71.74.X.X Report as SPAM

I couldn't agree with you more! Ebay has all kinds of different steps in place to protect buyers from bad sellers, but they don't offer that same protection for sellers when it comes to fraudulent buyers. I stopped selling with eBay for that very reason and now focus mainly on my Etsy shop. Not to mention the seller fees are absolutely outrageous and on top of it, PayPal also takes a percentage from the sale as well. Its a shame so many people have had issues with this same buyer creating multiple accounts with the same shipping address. You would think eBay would have a better way of tracking accounts being opened and verify their information. Either way, I'm glad people have been smart enough to catch on to this fraudulent buyer and done their research. It's scary to think how many people could have lots their money and items to this person!

This address just won an auction for a phone I was selling on eBay. I googled the address but nothing much came up but noticed this forum.

Thanks for keeping my wasted time to a minimum!

Someone just ordered a video surveillance system from our website (www.eDigitalDeals.net). The buyer is in MN, and wanted it Express shipped to this address in DE. Looks like fraud to me. Thanks for the post.

My ebay account (I'm from Massachusetts) was hacked and 3 iphones were shipped to this location! I stopped one order, the other order I had UPS return to sender, but the third one shipped USPS and I was unsuccessful in intercepting the delivery so this happened: Your item was delivered at 5:02 pm on December 4, 2015 in NEW CASTLE, DE 19720 to 18 BOULDEN CIRCLE. The item was signed for by G SETURIZE. the funny thing was the payment bounced from my PayPal account but the Brooklyn NY seller shipped it anyway. Maybe they are all in it together!

WOW!!! So I too was selling an iPhone and it was sent to this address on Boulden Circle. I sent them an iPhone in perfect condition! Now 3 weeks later they are claiming the phone is broken, are requesting a full refund and are sending me back a BROKEN phone!! I was on the phone with EBay for over an hour and they said there is nothing I can do unless the buyer rescinds the "return case". I am fuming!! So now I'm out $223 plus a broken iPhone. The EBay buyer is: baka.us2015... SELLERS BEWARE

Thank you all for the details. I am sorry to see that so many got scammed by this dirtbag. This guy won the auction for my iPhone 4S on ebay and insisted on my emailing him the IMEI number for the phone before he pays. I declined. He then paid via PayPal and again emailed me for the IMEI number. I again declined and instead I sent him a screenshot from icloud, with the IMEI removed except for the last two digits, showing that that the iPhone was legit. Now he requests the IMEI again for a different reason to see if it is compatible on AT&T network blah, blah, blah. That is when I found this site and am glad I did. He won my auction with the eBay name of nugo68, although he may be using several different accounts. His shipping address matches what was posed above.

Looks like I found the same ebay buyer with the name magdmetonidz-0. They are the high bidder on my iPhone 4S and I am going to attempt the method of contacting ebay and paypal and making them aware of my concerns and documenting every step.

This guy just bid on my iPhone too and I shipped it to the address he had on file with eBay and Paypal. He's now claiming that he didn't receive it and said that he sent me a note with the correct address to ship to. The package was signed for by someone under another name. Glad I Googled his address and found this. This will help me with the eBay/Paypal investigation. I forwarded the A-Hole a link to this site too. All I can say is Karma's a B!#$%.

Posted almost 9 years ago by 97.65.X.X Report as SPAM

This guy won the auction on my broken iPhone 5 "for parts" and took FOREVER TO PAY, asking me all sorts of strange questions, and even telling me at one point in broken english "ok to ship", even though he hadn't paid. I opened an unpaid item case with eBay, and he just now paid, on the last possible day. I knew the address and entire thing looked fishy as hell, so you know what I did? I refunded his Paypal payment, called him a "scammer" and told him to take his business elsewhere. Then I put him on my blocked list and relisted my phone on eBay. I don't even know if i can do that, but I just did. And oh well if I get in trouble, I'm so sick of getting scammed! Sellers have no protection! none!

just got an ebay order and almost shipped it. Frankly I'm really surprised ebay offers scam artist like this so much wiggle room to operate in their home like this. Let's not call these F--in people scam artists anymore. Artist is meant for... wait... nevermind.Anyway. I feel like I lost money because ebay lets this guy operate so freely. He even uses the same address but I guess ebay's conciously created jurisdiction ends when us sellers loose a bid and time. Ebay should fork over the rest of the original posted total if awarded for less the second time around. If it wins higher. Better for the seller since we put double time into it. If they want to advertise to everyone that anyone can sell on ebay, then they should respect that time is money and inventory not moving on a arena that they charge for should come awareness from ebay that time not moving a item because of the roach problem on the unit that we rent should be covered by them. Let demand Ebay buys the scammed awards or put an end to this welcome to ebay to the same criminal every time. FOr god sake! He doesn't even have to put on a fake mustache!!

Put this is on another thread but adding here also for more coverage. User ID (bogus) Ebay veno-70 (ZVIADI SULABERIDZE) . Has telltale apt. number in address. 4 Lewis Cir, AMANTI U043014, WILMINGTON DE 19894-1618 Google map shows this location is a warehouse. They have multiple User IDs they use.
If you suspect, don't file a no-payment claim just cancel. Otherwise they may submit a payment and you have to wait 4 days and then have to notify ebay and paypal to get it canceled.
I filed no payment and at the very last minute a payment was sent (date of payment false). When i pulled up the payment it was a totally different mailing address in DE.

Ditto on previous comments! Just had a phone on ebay for one week; with seconds remaining an individual upped the bids from $143 to $455. Says they will fund paypal, and I need to send them a tracking number. Totally fishy. Looked up buyer, newly registered, only one previous activity on ebay, phone number and address in same warehouse in DE, but identifying address is in Imereti, Georgia. (not the state, the country!) Can I just cancel this sale vs. dealing with filing a fraud case? I want to go back and realist my phone and get this thing sold!

Posted almost 9 years ago by 108.162.X.X Report as SPAM

I would definitely cancel the order, block the bidder, and relist. However I would recommend that you contact customer care and provide them with the details of your transaction, the address of the seller, and make them aware of the fraud activity, perhaps mentioning this thread or copying and pasting all of the comments from other sellers. Hopefully if enough people make eBay aware of this address they will step up and do something about it!

Thank you for sharing this information. I sold an iPhone to a user at this same address. Username: irakl-maghl
They paid for the item, but after receiving it claimed it had issues that the phone previously did not have. I was willing to provide a mutual resolution but he demanded a large portion be refunded.
I then discovered the info that you provided. When I pointed out that I found info on his previous scams, he quit sending e-mails.

Hello. My name is Katie and I'm Manager of Camara TC LLC, Georgia Office. I've read all your comments and feel really very sorry as our company's address mentioned in bad buyer's list. The point is that our company in US is located at Boulden CIR STE 2, New Castle, DE. This is a warehouse that consolidates goods and provides export of online shopped items to Georgia (republic of Georgia). So, a lot of customers in Georgia shop on ebay or other online shops and indicate our warehouse address as their shipping address in order to get their personal items in Georgia. We can investigate every single issue you mention in your comments, we just need Name, Surname and C number (unique ID of each customer), which is always indicated by the buyer while shopping. Please, feel free to contact me at katie.sabashvili@camaratc.com and provide all the details of every suspected buyer. I can guarantee that we can solve this problem together. Please, don't think that every buyer, which indicates 18 Boulden CIR as their shipping address, might be unreliable and "scammer". There will be a lot of honest buyers who will never cheat you. Please, contact me to resolve the issue together. Thank you.

Honestly, none of us posters on this forum are buying into any of your BS. There are 30+ comments on this thread already of people being scammed multiple times by your "Company" or whatever you want to pretend it is. Why on earth you would think anyone would believe your lies is beyond me. Each one of us has had a different buying experience associated with your company name, CamaraTC LLC, and the shipping address directly associated with it. Each time similar activities have conspired with these purchases. The buyer continually switches their account name, because eBay continually shuts you down when we alert them to the fraud!; each time a purchase is made, there is an address associated with the account that would make it seem as if it is to another location, then when it comes time to look at the shipping address, it comes up as this 18 Boulden Circle, New Castle, DE address. In many of our cases, the buyer has sent us emails requesting us to go ahead and send out the packages because payment via credit card has already been made. However eBay has this awesome thing called Paypal where you know if a purchase has actually been paid for. Your stupid company tried to scam me out of nearly $1600.00 and thought i was dumb enough to ship out my diamond ring without a verified payment in hand. Not to mention all of the other customers you scammed out of money with their iPhones and other devices; or the ones you claimed were “broken and faulty”. It’s people like you that make this country suck, and you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves for being crappy people and stealing from hardworking citizens. Don’t think for a second that we won’t continue to fight to get your scamming company shutdown and we will continue to post about it so other eBayers will be aware of your tactics. We will also continue to notify ebay customer service each time this fraudulent activity happens when we sell things, and we will continue to make it known to everyone what’s happening! Perhaps you should get off your lazy rear ends and get a real job, making honest money, rather than stealing from people.

We are trully sorry for what has happens to you and other people that were scammed by our customers, that are using our service. CamaraTc is not the only reshipping comapny that operates in the United States, to provide service to those people who can not buy parcels in the United states. I understand that it is hard to believe that WE DO NOT buy or resell any products, and that we do not scam ebay sellers, but please visit our website www.camex.ge and you can see that it is a real company that has the purpose of transporting packages to several other countries. You can google other comapnies that are also located in Delaware and are reshippers like us and you will be able to see that CamaraTC LLC is not the only company that is dealing with such kind of issues.

Another "buyer" with the same shipping address won my eBay auction few days ago. Well, the results are similar to many other cases on this page, - buyer never paid for the auction, and never replied to my messages.

Dear All, the main part of shipping address is same for all of the customers 18 Boulden CIr STE 2, because it is a warehouse. However, all of our customers are assigned special "C" "A" "M" or "K" codes which usually follows their name, these special codes are followed by numbers that is their virtual room number. By these we differentiate our customers. The address 18 Boulden Cir. DOES NOT MEAN that only one buyer exists. We receive thousands of packages every week from different online stores, ordered by different customers. Please do not assume that only one buyer exists on 18 Boulden CIr. And to all the private sellers or wholesalers that exist out there, PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING UNTiL YOU RECEIVE MONEY!! And inform us right away if anything goes wrong at usacamex@gmail.com

Thank you.

Posted almost 9 years ago by 100.14.X.X Report as SPAM

Finally, someone at this company who has some sense. Thanks for clarifying what exactly this address is for; however buyers still need to be aware of the scammers associated with this address. I feel that this forum has helped a lot of people become aware of the issues and fraud associated with the warehouse. Its unfortunate that there are buyers scamming customers out of your warehouse and shipping service; and the sellers need to continue protecting themselves. It seems all of the scam issues seem to happen almost immediately and give off red flags. Nearly everyone who has posted had an attempted fraud case, where the buyer claimed payment was made when it was not or that an item was broken when it was not. These posts were simply made to notify other sellers of the dangers associated with buyers using your company and the shipping address. Hopefully sellers will reach out to you in the future to notify you of the scamming issues, however we will continue to strive to ensure nobody else falls victim to this shipping address.

Thank you for understanding. We know that such things happen sometimes and buyers are not the only people who are being blamed for broken phones etc. Sometimes customers blame us too. We are asking you to inform us about such situations in order to clarify everything and block such customers if we need to. Our company suffers because of these people and we do not need it.

Thank you.

I was just scammed by someone using the 18 boulden address as well. Companies like you allow these scams to flourish because without you they could not make these purchases. You giving them a "legitimate" US address only creates more issues. I hate freight forwarders, there should be a way to designate those addresses as "freight forward" so companies that do not wish to ship overseas, for this very problem, can avoid getting screwed. Unless you plan on guarantying us that your customers are legit.

Posted almost 9 years ago by 50.180.X.X Report as SPAM

18 Boulden Cir. has many different suites that are not associated with our company whatsoever. Our company is located at Suite 2, and there are other companies like us on this address so please be specific. All of the customers are legit and the business is also legit. Many companies such as Macy's , Apple, etc. know that we are freight forwarders because we are listed as freight forwarders, and do not ship products because of that. That is their choice and our customers know that. Our company has no control over how our customers buy products online and how they are paying for it, like other companies such as Amazon or Ebay. Because they do it at home by themselves like every other human being does, whether they are purchasing products from overseas or locally. However, we do have control to stop the package before the customer receives it, we just need the information of the customer (Name, Last Name, special code) and the tracking number so that we can find the package and return it back to you, if there was a case of scam. Please inform us about such situations as soon as you can and we will try to help you. usacamex@gmail.com . Thank you.

Ugh! I have been dealing with an eBay buyer with a different name, but same address. He won my used, but worked great Iphone 5s auction at the last second, paid after a couple of days, I shipped. Then 8 days after it was delivered, sends message that the battery is defective and wants me to pay $70 for a new battery. I refuse, then he asks for $50. When I still refuse, because I did not have a problem with the battery when I shipped the phone, now he has opened a case and requested a full refund. I have called eBay twice, but have to wait until tomorrow morning to call and have the case escalated. In the meantime, eBay and Paypal have my $229 held. Hoping eBay will side with me, but have never had anything like this happen before.

Posted almost 9 years ago by 173.245.X.X Report as SPAM

My issue is with M34636. I'm accepting the return, but will have the phone thoroughly checked out upon return, prior to issuing a refund. It's a shame you allow these people, who are getting these phones and doing who knows what and then deciding to return for a refund, a vehicle to ship whatever back and forth to the US.

Posted almost 9 years ago by 173.245.X.X Report as SPAM

The client M34636 orders phones, electronics, etc very frequently and no one ever had such issue before. They buy phones from ebay and probably resell it afterwards to their own clients, so it is not the case when they damage phones on purpose to request for refund afterwards.
The second case with the "damaged battery", please ask the customer to return the phone if he wants the refund and will see if he/she is lying to you. You can also provide us with the name on our email. Thank you.

Posted almost 9 years ago by 173.245.X.X Report as SPAM

I did offer refund, and sent a shipping label. M34636 never returned the phone, and I have heard nothing else about it. eBay closed the case today in my favor.

I sold to and shipped a pkg to someone at that address, and it was delivered to 18 Boulden today. Hours later my EBay customer opened a Return Request because pkg was received "crashed" was the wording. I didn't like this because I was suspicious of the buyer chimaaleks (6) anyways, and where it was being sent. Normally I might just refund and not eat extra return shpg costs. But I thought this might be a forwarder and how would my customer be contacting Ebay so quickly with a damage. I offered refund with return label being sent, then I contacted Ebay to see if the ebay customer has an out of country address but they said all they see is the New Castle address so in Ebays eyes this customer has already rcvd it. Then I found this sight and I just sent Katie an email regarding this. So lets see what she says.

And had another instance recently where the winning bidder never paid and they had the add of 818a s Heald St. Ste 0007025 in Wilmington, De. mikhaichado-0 (9). I figured this was also a forwarders address. So how do we prevent these people from being able to buy / bid from us?

Posted almost 9 years ago by 67.184.X.X Report as SPAM

We don't know what company is located in Wilmington, but there are a lot of freight forwarders like us in Delaware. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about preventing you from people who bid and then do not buy items. These are regular customers and people like every other on Ebay. If Ebay cannot prevent you from customers winning bids and then not buying items, unfortunately we cannot either. About the crushed item. Please provide us with the name of the customer, because if we receive damaged packages we let our customers know as soon as possible and do not send the item from the warehouse. I will ask Katie about the email too. Thank you.

Buyer by the username "elmirem" just sent an email saying that the laptop received has no display with a bad angle shot of the computer. The user is concerned about what I can do about that. After looking it up, the address matches this website and I now see that this guy is trying to cheat me of the $90 he spent for a laptop. Seriously? I barley got $50 profit from this eBay deal and now he wants to cause a problem? Anyways, All the laptops I sold have been packaged insanely well to the point where it can be thrown and not have an impact on laptop condition. The weirdest part of all is that this user asked me to ship the item in the smallest box as possible and then sent an email about the issue 23 days AFTER the item was delivered to specified address. All this is suspicious and I sent the information to buyer warning him that I am not stupid and will fall for the scams these NEW CASTLE groups are doing.

wolfsburgi63 has done the same to me. Thankfully, I was able to contact eBay immediately who will be resolving this issue. Please report this person via the unpaid item dispute (48 hours after item sells) so that ebay can investigate and leave negative feedback when the case is closed - note the buyer name changes but the shipping address stays the same. Buyers shipping address on Ebay:

I sold an iPhone 6s to a guy claiming this address also but in the first few hours I had nothing from him... Later on, his message popped up saying how sorry he was for the delay in the transaction... Point is he later paid me through western union when i threatened to report him to the authorities... I guess not all the buyers using this address are fraud though I must admit most are..

This is a reshipping company. so they have many customers all over the world who have to use the same address in the US. There's no one person behind this address, and buyers cannot be controlled since there are a lot of them. It's sellers responsibility to not fall for the scammers.

Please help me with keeping the package out of the scam artists hands. I have already attempted to file for an interception through USPS. Earlier this week, I had listed a my old i6 64gb silver, unlocked, on CraigsList. Received text from (442) 324-4680 to buy the phone. Gave person my PayPal email, then received email (supposedly from PayPal) confirming payment received. It later turned out to be bogus, but based on that I sent the phone (overnight by request!) to 18 Bolden Circle, Camara TC LLC, New Castle, DE. Of course, another email (supposedly from PayPal) for tracking# before releasing funds. Responded. Next day, called PayPal, the emails were bogus, they never received anything from ronda.schmerber@gmail.com for $550. So, stupidly, I am out of a phone AND $550 plus I have an $80 UPS bill! Lesson learned... NEVER send product until money received!!! Doug Shedd, Vancouver, WA

I sold an iPhone se to a person at the same address. The auction ended today 7/20/2016. His name is "Jus.to8" at the same address in New Castle DE. He claimed that he had paid with a Credit card, pending payment until item shipped and is delivered. I responded to his email and said that I would not ship the phone til payment was received. He or She has not responded back yet. I knew something was not right when he said he paid with a credit card and it was not in my paypal account. Sounds like this person is using different names and has various ebay accts to scam people. If this person had read the ebay policies regarding buying & selling, they would know that they are required to submit payment first then item purchased will be shipped. Sounds like I need to call ebay and see if I can cancel this order. I am so glad I decided to google this.

When anyone buys from this address, there is always an issue with them. They always says something is broken, and ask for partial refunds..I had a bad experience with these people at this address. I had to get help from eBay..they closed 2 of their accounts, but then they just either open new ones, or change the name. They are scammers so beware. If you don't play their game, they leave bad feedback..eBay did remove them , however it was like pulling teeth to get it done! eBay is aware of this address, and the scammers behind it. If you ever get this address to ship something to, just out of stock the item and block that seller..they will cause you major problems if you don't.

Posted over 8 years ago by 108.162.X.X Report as SPAM

As we already mentioned above, this is not a Buying Company. This is a reshipping company, that people use to ship their orders to countries in Europe and Asia. UPS, Fedex and other shipping companies charge insane amounts of money for shipping compared to us, that's why customers use our service. CamaraTC LLC is not aware of what people are buying online (until we receive the item in the warehouse) and we DO NOT take any part in buying processes. Our job is to repack and ship the product. If you have any problem with scammers that are using our address then please solve these problems with Ebay or Amazon or whatever platform you are using to sell the product, if they can't help you, contact our office, or email (usacamex@gmail.com) and we will try to help you and block the customer from our system. Thank you

About a month ago I sold an iPhone 5 to levan barjadze,
18 Boulden Cir, Camaratc Llc C35940 Ste 2,
New Castle, DE 19720-3494
United States.
The item was listed as not working/for parts only. He used harassing and fowl language to tell me the phone didn't work and it was "trashed".
He continually asked for his money back before sending the phone back, even though I specifically stated no refunds in the auction.

Nonetheless, I had to pay out of pocket for the return label through eBay/Paypal, because eBay is shit and determined the item was "not as described"... right.

He added tracking info (which was fake), and I never got the phone back. Luckily, after telling eBay what happened, my Paypal funds were no longer on hold and it was "in the buyer's favor" (?!?!?!?!), but the money would not be deducted from my account since he failed to provide tracking info. He did not leave feedback, but it still counts towards my seller rating because for some reason it was in his favor.

One month later, he continually sent me fowl remarks and I reported him twice.

Definitely don't send it. Huge red flag! Contact eBay customer service and let them know ASAP, give them the address listed and note this forum. It happens way too often, even though some customers are legit. If its not paid via paypal and showing in your account, its a scam! Ebay protects buyers but suck at protecting sellers! If you ship it, its your loss!

I received a purchase and the item was sent to Camex at 18 Bolden Circle Suite 2 in New Castle Delaware: the user paid via Pay Pal and it was not a very expensive item. I understand that scammers DO use these types of services, but I will email them to ensure that the item was received and in proper condition.

These services are not all "scammers", but I do believe these services, if they want to be trusted, may have to do a little bit more to confirm shipments are received in good condition: who knows what will happen to them between Delaware, US and Georgia?

Posted over 7 years ago by 162.158.X.X Report as SPAM

I was the original person who started this thread nearly 2 years ago when I was trying to sell my former engagement ring. What we've basically learned over the last two years is that this shipping address of 18 Boulden Circle, Suite 2... is a shipping hub for people buying from overseas. While some of the buyers using this shipping address are legit, as you can see from the comments, there are numerous scam artists using this shipping hub to try and get people to send merchandise before its been paid for. Unfortunately there isn't much that can be done about it because eBay and other shipping websites won't prevent users from blocking this shipping hub. The personal representatives of this Camaratc LLC did reach out previously in the comments and respond to concerns by other sellers, but quite frankly after so many people have been scammed, I wouldn't trust anyone using this shipping company.

Posted over 7 years ago by 108.162.X.X Report as SPAM

continued!

I have found that using eBay is one of the main sources of scams and have since stopped using them all together due to their protections for buyers, but do nothing to help the sellers out. I was able to sell my engagement ring using the site Etsy; which oddly enough only charges a 3% fee of your profit where as eBay takes 10%. I had no issues what so ever when I sold on my Etsy shop, and made sure that the ring was insured for the full amount before sending it out. Etsy requires ALL payments to be made up front before the purchase will even go through and they have wonderful protection in place for BOTH buyers and sellers to prevent fraud. Good Luck!

He represented himself as the original buyer stating that he needed me to send the item to a different address as his father was in the hospital and needed to move to take care of his father. Fortunately I was smarter than that. He was requesting that I ship it to the business at the Delaware address. Appears as though he's moved onto a different attempt to scam. Simply emailing sellers when the item sells requesting the shipping to be delivered to a different address. Sellers beware!

WTH?! I sold a set of rings today, received payment right away via PayPal, then received a message from someone named don-4884 asking me to ship to that CamaraTC LLC address in Delaware! I cancelled the purchase, refunded the paypal money, and then received a message from the lady who paypaled me. She wanted to know why I cancelled her order and ALSO turned around and repurchased the same rings (I relisted after cancelling the first one and reporting it.) I told her I thought it could be a scam. Now I'm theorizing that this CamaraTC outfit is just messaging people as soon as their item is purchased and telling them to ship it to their Delaware address even though they have had NOTHING to do with the transaction. My actual buyer seems legit...waiting to hear back from her with clarification.

This to say that for sure you could scammed, but also from somebody that doesn't use such services. Once you received the payment and the buyer does not act in a weired way, why you should cancel the order because the buyer uses a freight forwarder?
No sense to me.

Unaware of how Paypal will handle the change of address I googled it and found this site. Based on the issues other have had with broken electronics being returned I'm going to refund payment (it's a legitimate Paypal payment) and relist. Not worth the hassle. Also, the "dad got sick" story doesn't align with products being exported so it rings of a scam.

I had someone buy a motherboard last night with this address and paid through Paypal immediately. They have over 300 positive feedback on Ebay. Seems pretty legit. Not everyone using the forwarding address is out to scam people. And I just have to mention that I got a laugh out of the "he scammed me on Craigslist" people...........why would you mail something from Craigslist?! Why would someone from another state/country be looking at your local CL and not be up to no good?!

Posted almost 7 years ago by 162.158.X.X Report as SPAM

As the original poster of this thread, I think it's important for sellers to be cautiously aware of the fact that there are scammers using this shipping address, however not everyone is out to steal your money and items. If a buyer has good feedback and doesn't try to pull the "bait and switch" by recommending you send the items to an address not associated with their PayPal shipping address, more than likely it isn't a scam. If they do however claim that they have a sick family member and have to move states abruptly, you should probably see that as a red flag.

Posted almost 7 years ago by 108.162.X.X Report as SPAM

I created this thread over two years ago after having a buyer claim that they submitted the funds via a credit card through PayPal and to ship diamond ring I was selling to be able to get those funds released. Being a seasoned Ebayer, I knew immediately that this was a huge red flag, seeing as how no funds were deposited into my PayPal account, and the shipping address was not matching what the buyer had on file. What I did not realize at the time was that the shipping address was actually a shipping hub for out of country purchasers. It was only later down the road that we became aware of the address being used by thousands of buyers across the globe.

Posted almost 7 years ago by 108.162.X.X Report as SPAM

Basically sellers need to do their homework, make sure that the person you are selling to has actually paid for their item, only ship to the address that is on file with Ebay and Paypal, and ALWAYS insure whatever it is that you are mailing, and package it securely. That way if something would happen during shipping and the item would arrive damaged, or the buyer claims that it is, you are atleast protected with the insurance!

He sent me pictures of boots after he rubbed off some of the suede accent and said he wanted $13.00 refund. Started researching individual again as I had an uneasy feeling from the start. Determined it was a scam. Shipped to above address to a Pavlo Yatsenko, eBay name is kamandir_ua and it was paid for by Olga Patskova, email - opatskova@gmail.com

This guys is good. My item sold, was paid for and a minute later got this message below. Just assumed it was the buyer and sent it to the new address. Something didn't seem right so I double checked and realized he was not the buyer. Put a stop and return order on the tracking number, hope it works.

18 Boulden CIR STE 2 is the address used by a longtime buyer of mine, he lives in Azerbaijan and is totally legit.

So please don't think just this address is bad, but it sounds like a lot of bad people (or one really horrible person with 100 aliases) is using it, too. BE CAREFUL!

It's too bad you can't block an entire state. I'd just block Delaware altogether.

They're still going at it. Sold a laptop and a few hours later received a message from this dipshit (not the buyer). I knew it was a scam right away. Sounds like the same bull (mom's sick, son's in military, my dog died, I got ran over by a car) Craigslist scammers send when they want you to ship something lol.

eBay user markushaku_0 purchased a used iPhone 6s from me on 10/20/2018. Wanted the IMEI before he purchased. I declined. This guy won the auction and then wanted the IMEI before I shipped the phone. I declined. He took days to pay but eventually payment went through. Today he sends me a message through eBay stating that he wants a $20 refund because the battery doesn't hold a charge as long as he wants. I explained that he purchased a used 3 year old iPhone. Therefor the battery is 3 years old and will not hold a charge like a new battery. He doesn't want to return the phone. Just wants money. I told him that he was more than welcome to open a dispute.

You would think eBay would have a better way of tracking accounts being opened and verify their information. Either way, I'm glad people have been smart enough to catch on to this fraudulent buyer and done their research. It's scary to think how many people could have lots their money and items to this person! http://123bowlinggames.com/bowling-games-free-online.html

I've been selling laptops on eBay for about 8 years and have run into many scams, including people who use freight forwarders. Here is what you need to know as a seller on eBay. If a buyer is asking for a refund for an item you sent via freight forwarder, eBay will not refund that item even if they open a case. Many scammers know this so when they ask for money by email or they message you with threats of opening a case, call their bluff and tell them to return the item. Most will not and you will never hear from them again. Even if they open a case, make sure eBay knows it was shipped to a freight forwarder address and they will close the case in your favor (add delivery signature to all your shipments, especially to a freight forwarder address). Continued….

Never ship an item without PayPal confirmation, that's just good business sense. If they contact you with a story about "the check is in the mail" cancel the transaction and put that name on your blocked bidders list. If payment is in your PayPal account, go ahead and ship the item but hold on to all paperwork showing that you shipped it and the signature for who accepted it, for at least one year. A scammer can claim up to 12 months later that they never received the item or did not actually make the purchase. PayPal and credit card companies keeps records for only 3-6 months so they will side with the buyer every time if you don't have proof.

I sell to freight forwarders all the time but I had to learn (the hard way) how to protect myself and discern wither the transaction was legit or a potential scam. I hope this helps my fellow eBay sellers.

Hello,
I have sold some medical instruments (~40,00 $) , Payment was immediately through Paypal, no problems at all . Shipping to a german freight forwarder adress (I am german) .

It seems, not all people using this adress on ebay are scammers. But, of course, be careful!!

How can I go about getting my money back since this guy scammed me out of $700?

Posted over 5 years ago by 173.245.X.X Report as SPAM

There have been posts and information about this company on this thread, and how you can contact them immediately in order to get help with your case. Also, Google Search is a good way to find contact information and contact their warehouse directly. Since, this is a freight forwarding company, TIME IS CRUCIAL!!! As long as your product is still in company's hands, there is a good chance you will get it back some way or another.

When dealing with rental property, the ‘landlord’ won’t allow you to view the property and will ask for bond, rent payments or deposits in advance.
