| Details: | I run an Ebay business, 10% of all profits from every item, including the item that this person bought, was for charity. The money she stole was supposed to go to the Childrens Cancer Fund in Dallas. She purchased a REMO door cam for 100 dollars, processed a return because they said they just did not like it. I sent a full refund in good faith that she was supposed to send the product back. She completely ignored all my messages once I processed a refund and never sent the camera back. I have called paypal and ebay trying to resolve the issue however they state that because the refund was issued, the return was closed. Beware of this buyer she is dishonest. Straight up stole from a charity. |

First off that was stupid of you to issue a refund prior to getting the merchandise back. PayPal cant do anything about it because they will not go into her bank account, they might of if the funds where in the PayPal account, but im sure the bitch quickely withdrew it. Your the one that initiated the refund and you the one that did it. You knew you were going to be in a position of being out the money and product. The only thing you can do is send her a prepaid label. Give the bitch 30 days to return the item. send it certified mail, and dont put your name on the exterior of the envelope your sending to that she will sign for it. if she knows its you then she'll never take delivery of it.
