Tried to get a refund by saying package was not delivered to him but we had signature required delivery. Then a week later tried to claim that he did get the package again and did not know the person who signed for the package and wanted a refund. Finally returned the item for refund but now threatening a A to Z claim for a restocking fee and return shipping cost.
