This buyer had to be the biggest pain in the ass we ever dealt with. A pain in the ass and a set of balls to go with it. Knows full well that we had 2 of the same type of products, one with a receiver and one without. The one with the receiver was obviously more money than the one without. The second he buys the item, this pain in the ass starts his crap. Every single day, obviously doesnt read anything, keeps on pestering us on a daily basis on when the item is about to ship. Note that he received 4 emails and the company policies which clearly stated when it was to ship, totally played stupid and ignored them. So this idiot gets the item, then starts complaining that he wants his money back because there were no receivers in the package. Despite this idiot cant read a 3 line advertisement where its clearly stated, the receivers were sold separately and was for the mouse only. And here's where this asshole gets a set of balls, because we know PayPal buyers try pulling this crap, we physically enclose a copy of the advertisement of the listing. Despite the listing having this big red circle around the disclaimer, this asshole tries to pull his bullshit wanting a refund, wanting to have the item returned, once again ignoring 3 more emails that were sent to him, playing stupid. We reply that he had a lot of balls trying to pull his bullshit and everything was clearly stated, guess what he tries to do it again. This asshole has no intentions of complying to a legal agreement and thinks he can make up his own policies and his own rules just as long as it suits him. This buyer had been a pain in the ass from day 1 and we will refuse any future business with him, sellers you should do the same. Total pain in the ass moron!
