Totally avoid this buyer. Continues to attempt to defraud sellers. Make sure you demand she return all merchandise at her experience to avoid loss.

Once again, its something all you newbies are doing. Where does the buyer think they can get a refund first and then return the item. They return the item at their expense and then they get a refund. The refund wasnt automatically given to the buyer without the seller sending the funds! You always have to have the upper hand in the transaction at all times. Once you hand over control to the buyer, they will screw you over most of the time because they started the whole scam. NEVER EVER REFUND WITHOUT GETTING THE ITEM BACK AND DONT PAY FOR ANYONE'S SHIPPING!
