That is correct. We too have been a victim of this person. Looks like Amazon did shut down his "Mikato Inc." seller account, but apparently he has multiple seller accounts and is still active, ripping of Amazon buyers with price gouging on multi-packs and trying to sabotage other Amazon sellers by his cheap and unethical modus operandi that you mentioned.
Note: 2 of his other active seller accounts on Amazon are: "Asher Enterprise" and "H N Sooper Store". This person buys items and then reports to Amazon that it is counterfeit. In addition they return different items than what they order.

Apparently this person is still at it trying to limit their competition on Amazon by buying products and leaving negative feedbacks against them. You'd think they had something better to do, but it's now been going on for over a year and he's still allowed to buy on Amazon.

We can block the bad buyer from this forum because they can misguide the audience after the devices or systems. As we know that http://awriter.org/ allows us to perform a blocking option if any bad activity happens.
