No its a classic scam. Why should you pay for returns for an item if a customer doesnt like it or whatever lame ass excuse they use. Returning items, the product is further damaged as when you sold it, you give a refund so your at $0, so why in the hell should you incur a loss because some idiot wants to return it. They made the decision so they pay for shipping if they want it returned. Its more than likely you'll get the same product he had but broken. Trying to pull the switch.

Seller are stupid these day's thinking they know everything about policy of eBay but they don't. Keep continue to used this site and leak personal information you can be held accountable within the court and within eBay. Its been done before.
