Ordered two LED bulbs on June 9, 2016 and we shipped them out the next day. A week later the buyer email us saying he did not receive it and we told them it takes 12-21 business days as it is shipped from Canada.
On July 11, 2016 he filed a A-Z claim at Amazon and took my money without email us first. We tried to email the buyer but never respond. Sellers beware!!!

14-21 sounds like there was no tracking on the package. You knew that you had to place tracking on all shipments to establish proof of delivery. The buyer received the item and filed the dispute because he knew you couldnt prove delivery. You knew you had to, but you didnt take took the chance and lost. This one is your fault.
