Details: | Buyer provided prompt payment following end of auction. Following receipt of the phone, he attempted to extort $20 for a replacement battery, claiming it was defective (which is was not, as evidence was provided in the auction). When I refused to pay him, he filed a claim with PayPal that the item was not operational (again, not true), and PayPal decided to return the buyer's money and my phone. The buyer failed to return my phone back to me, and PayPal has closed his case. Do not conduct business with anyone using this address (8 McCullough Dr New Castle, DE), as they will defraud you. I have an active dispute with PayPal over their Seller Protection Policies, which should have prevented this type of fraud from occurring in the first place. |

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. Been providing all buyer who personal information leak to eBay. So ebay can take action on this site and the seller.
