Wendy Rea bought a sewing machine in PERFECT operating condition, fully tested and guaranteed by myself. The listing clearly stated that there was a 30 day warranty on the machine, if any problems should happen, send it back for a repair/adjustment at no charge, but the shipping was up to the customer. If a buyer does not agree to this, they should not buy. So Wendy buys it, claims something is wrong and insists I pay her to get it fixed locally, completely ignoring the fact that she agreed to the terms of the sale that I would fix the machine at no charge. Again, if you don't want to pay shipping, do not buy on ebay. So she will file an ebay case against you insisting how she is a victim and that agreements stipulated in a listing do not apply to her. She send the machine back, ebay refunds her the money and the machine returns IN PIECES because she did not even ship it back in the box it was sent and packed properly in. I the seller am now screwed over $500 and this b**ch is not at all held responsible for her actions.

I've been buying and selling on ebay for 13 years, and have 100% positive feedback. This individual however, has numerous negative feedback from people like myself that he attempted to scam. I was sent a machine that was not operational. Ebay's rules clearly state that if a listing is not as described (i.e., functioning) the piece may be returned, regardless of the buyer's stated return policy. Not only did Ebay find the dispute in my favor, THEY paid for the return shipping. Case closed. I refuse to descend to the level, and have since day one, of the individual above and resort to name calling and childish behavior. Ebay and Paypal have clear rules, he simply doesn't know how to follow them.

Oh, and regarding the shipping? I sent the item in two pieces and extensive styrofoam packing because it was safer to ship that way. It simply required the use of a phillips screwdriver and three screws to reassemble. Had the machine been broken in transit, he would have filed an insurance claim and I would have been held responsible by ebay. As I was not, I can only assume this to be just another round of sour grapes and anger over a lost dispute.

The best part after all is said and done, Wendy DID NOT win any ebay dispute, ebay overturned it after I proved Wendy is the deceitful person or total moron she is (impossible to tell), ebay also removed her defamatory negative feedback and I was made whole for my loss. Sour grapes Wendy? I WON! YOU LOST!!!!!!!!!!! By the way, how in the world did someone with your limited intelligence ever find this posting?
