Wendy Rea bought a sewing machine in PERFECT operating condition, fully tested and guaranteed by myself. The listing clearly stated that there was a 30 day warranty on the machine, if any problems should happen, send it back for a repair/adjustment at no charge, but the shipping was up to the customer. If a buyer does not agree to this, they should not buy. So Wendy buys it, claims something is wrong and insists I pay her to get it fixed locally, completely ignoring the fact that she agreed to the terms of the sale that I would fix the machine at no charge. Again, if you don't want to pay shipping, do not buy on ebay. So she will file an ebay case against you insisting how she is a victim and that agreements stipulated in a listing do not apply to her. She send the machine back, ebay refunds her the money and the machine returns IN PIECES because she did not even ship it back in the box it was sent and packed properly in. I the seller am now screwed over $500 and this b**ch is not at all held responsible for her actions.
