Buyer is extremely rude and nasty, buyer didn't paid, and an unpaid claim was opened. Buyer finally paid, and then sent nasty messages asking why an unpaid item case was opened.

After receiving the buyer started a return request, and claimed the item was "water damaged". The buyer then sent back pages ripped out of a book, and not the book that was sold to her.
