The second this asshole buys something within minutes he will deliberately file a fraud dispute stating non receipt of merchandise. Will try to illegally violate terms and conditions the second this scumbag says he read and agreed to them. Asshole will try to deliberately falsify disputes in order to get seller to violate his own terms. This moron wil file the dispute make up bullshit reason and excuses then escalate the claim to get the seller to ship the product out immediatley instead of knowing this asshole is committing mail order fraud.
