Details: | The buyer bought something on Oct 31 and I shipped on Nov 2 (Monday). The address given by buyer was a wrong address (or previous address) and the mail returned on Nov 25. At the same day the buyer opened case and I asked for correct address but no answer, finally I fully refunded after waiting for answer for several days on Dec 2. On Dec 14 the buyer left neutral feedback. I contacted the buyer, and this time replied, and insist he left neutral feedback because he didn't get the item, without thinking it was caused by the wrong address at the first place. |
