Details: | This d-bag filed a fraudulent buyer protection claim just 10 days after the transaction was made (on an international overseas purchase) and immediately left slanderous negative feedback before the case could even be resolved. They ended up getting a refund from paypal even though I provided proof of delivery (buyer claims the item was never shipped). |

This sounds familiar because its another moron hick from PA that did the same thing to an international buyer. On anything shipped regardless you trust no one. NO ONE except yourself. You know that everything that goes out you must place proof of delivery. So why didnt you submit the proof of delivery to PayPal you would of won immediately. You should of gotten the money back if you submitted your proof of delivery and it was online trackable or submitted by you via the online disputes. but paypal changes everything every 30 seconds to screw sellers over.
