Sold this joke of a person a drum machine, then 5 days after receiving it claimed it was A) broken B) too complicated to figure out and then C) just didn't want it. Demanded a refund, even after admitting that it wasn't broken and that yes, it was too complicated for him to figure out. I tried to point him to directions in order to learn how to use the machine, he was sent the manual and I sent him ideas to look at tutorials on youtube, but that unless he could prove to me that the item was somehow not working properly I would not be refunding him, and that he should just resell the item himself. He locked up my accounts, abusing buyer protections. So fed up that I am done with selling all online merchandise after 16 years of glowing reviews. I am not a professional seller, I'm a graduate student who buys/sells regularly with normal everyday items. Hate this guy. Here's the ebay messages for good measure: hello!

to add more color to the rhythm,like for instance..the old alesis drum
machine i used to have where one can add fills with an extra pedal,i dont
know if it's me being dumb,or this fairly expensive..500 retail drum
machine,does not have something so logical, a fill pedal..please let me
know...or give me some suggestions,i'm getting a headache trying to figure
out how to improve the monotony of the patterns,i;m sure you understand

the other problem I did not mention.is;some of the pads/buttons...when
pressed will not light up...making things even more aggravating then
already is,i can take it to the music store and have them check the
functionality of this item not all buttons seem to perform the action they
are supposed to perform,i hate to be a pain but...just like you are a
Graduate student,..i'm also a senior citizen,living on social security,and
trying to round up a better living playing few gigs a month..as such..250
dollars unused make no sense,at all...I honestly don't want to file a claim
with ebay,not if it can be helped,look..if this drum machine has issues
other than my lack of understanding it,then I will have to file a claim
with my credit card,i'm really sorry.but i'm in the same boat,can't afford
to lose money.thanks

I never questioned the why of the cost! actually..a very great deal at
220..it's just that I do not want it!! does absolutely nothing I
expected,it's very simple...i want to return it..it's not worth what I paid
for.do I have to make a claim?i believe it is my right to want to return an
item purchased on ebay.unless you have a better solution,i will file a
claim.
