This seller sold a moldy humidifier where there was water still in the unit where I had to clean the mold out of the humidifier. Seller had a chance to make it right. Obvious ebay sided with me. After using eBay purchase buying protection the seller did want to discuss the issue. I felt taken advantage of as a buyer. Makes you pause before purchasing that is why he had to use a third party app and not ebay as he was suspended for selling. Be honest next time you sell something. Post your issue on ebay because you cannot sell anymore. Best of luck.
