| Details: | I have Puerto Rico blocked on ALL my eBay listings, but somehow this buyer managed to bypass that block and order a SSD Samsung drive from me on Feb 08th 2018. Then around an hour later he sent me a order cancellation asking for full refund. Glad that I haven't shipped that drive !! Buyer blocked now and eBay contacted about this Puerto Rico issue as well. |

Adding a comment about this issue now too: Buyer opened a return request now about an item I even never sent to begin with, and is still avoiding to confirm on eBay that he was the one asking to cancel the transaction. Because of that, I have his money still blocked on PayPal and still waiting for his action to be able to refund him. I don't know what kind of scam he is running with all this, but this whole issue is quite annoying now, as of Feb 14th 2018.
