PayPal is going to screw you over for the fact that they are the ones that charged the customers credit card and to protect themselves from a chargeback, they are going to screw you over and kiss the buyers ass to avoid having funds taken away from them. Unless you have a legal case, you'd have to file a complaint with the FTC against Paypal with your docs if they gave the funds back to the buyer.
