WOW, he did the same to me.
sent him a lens, from Israel, at July 9th, India Post tracking, showed delivery on July 20th.
first opened a claim, that the item, did not received, after show him "India Post" records, said:
received - yes, but the box was empty (ha ha ha).
of-course everything is false.
I have reported about him to eBay, as abused buyer protection, and opened an investigation at the "Israel Post".
those, so called buyers, should be throw away from eBay.
if you ever come across this thief, stand by your rights, don't let him get away with this.

I did the same thing.This man said that the lens was not in the box and fought for a long time.
I won the update of the tracking number but I am very tired.
If you trade with this guy you will regret it.Why can not such a man be punished?

I WON the thief lost.
PayPal released my held money.
all the "dealing" with that kind of complaints, is exhausting,
but don't give-up, ones need a long breath, finally it worth it.
we have to clean these "garbage" out.
hope they suspended him.
